Last week we posted a video showing range of motion limitations in my shoulder flexion. This week we have a very short video that shows you a simple way to increase your shoulder flexion by de-toning your lats. All you need is a foam roll and a desire to "saw" through your stuck tissue. SO MUCH FUN!!! Watch and learn- it's actually not that bad and I have continued to do it this whole week because my shoulders have been giving me problems lately. After a week of rolling, they are feeling much better and my range of motion has also improved.
I guess doing what Myles tells me to do is helpful....... sometimes. :)
