Myles and I have heard from some of you regarding your fitness/movement focus for the 25 days of Christmas, but not everyone has shared their focus with us. We really encourage our clients to take this challenge seriously and try to do one thing everyday to see the improvements that can be achieved with repetitive and focused practice for a movement or exercise.
It's that time of year again, when we get to give you all presents! Back by popular demand, we have t-shirts (light gray for men, purple for ladies) this year and I will package up goodies for everyone as well.
Myles is in the studio on Tuesdays and Thursdays. His general schedule is 6am to 3pm or sometimes 5pm. If you are in town and can swing by one of those days the week prior to Christmas (so Tuesday the 21st, or Thursday the 23rd) he will have all the treats ready for you.
If you don't plan to be in town at all for the holidays or can't make it that week, please reach out to us and we will make alternate arrangements.
I wish I could see you all in person too, but I'll just send my love and holiday wishes in the form of chex mix and chocolate!
