We Take Your Health Seriously

If you have decdied to make the leap from zoom to in person training we want to share with you our protocols to keep you and our community healthy and safe.

  1. We ask that anyone who has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or thinks they might have COVID-19 themselves not attempt to visit the gym.

  2. If you are exhibiting any signs related to COVID-19 we ask you to refrain from visiting the gym. We are happy to train you over zoom if you feel well enough to workout.

  3. When arriving at the gym we take everyone's temperature with a no-touch thermometer and have you sign a waiver acknowledging our COVID-19 precautions.

  4. We require everyone to wash or sanitize their hands before and after the workout.

  5. Everyone is required to wear a mask- clients and trainers.

  6. We limit the occupancy of our gym to 7 people however we usually have no more then 3-5 in there at a time.

  7. Bring your own water and sweat towel. We are unable to provide those. We do have a faucet and water fountain where you can re-fill your bottles.

  8. We sanitize every piece of equipment used in between each client.
