Wellness Challenge #11- Bedtime routine

This week we are going to challenge you to do some soft tissue work and deep breathing to help get better quality of sleep

Do you have a pattern other than brushing your teeth and flossing before you go to bed?  

Hopefully you have read some of the research or at least heard why it is important to turn off electrical devices (cell phone, computer, TV, etc.) at least 15 minutes (ideally 30) before going to bed.  This will help down regulate your nervous system which will allow for better sleep. 

So now that you have 15-30 minutes to kill before you go to bed that's a perfect time to work on some soft tissue work and breathing.
