This week we are hoping to challenge you to push yourself in a small healthy new direction. It is a very simple challenge but it may take more willpower than you think.
We want you to take one thing away and add one thing everyday.
Here are the rules.
Pick from these three things to eliminate from your diet for the next 7 days.
1. Caffeine
2. Sugar (added sugar- not fruit)
3. Alcohol
Pick one of these three things to add into your day everyday for the next 7 days.
1. Add a vegetable or multiple veggies to your breakfast daily
2. Eat a salad for lunch every day
3. Go for a walk either before dinner (during cocktail hour if you are eliminating alcohol) or after dinner (when you would normally eat a dessert if you are eliminating sugar)
Just two small changes that can lead you in a healthier direction. Let us know what you pick and how you feel after 7 days.
