Wellness Challenge #17- Reconnect with nature
This week’s challenge is to seek out and be with nature. It's the most beautiful time of year right now in the PNW. We are asking everyone to get outside everyday this week. If you can't manage it everyday try to get several longer "nature sessions" in without digital distractions.
Leave your phone at home, find a tranquil, secluded natural area — woods, the beach, a natural spring. Tune in to the sounds and sights, and just be. See if you can last an hour without digital refuge.
